Daniel A. Orlando, III, M.D., FCCP

Dr. Orlando received his bachelor's degree and medical degree from the University of Kansas. He then moved to Tampa to complete his training at the University of South Florida. He joined Bay Area Chest Physicians in July of 2004. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. He lives in Crystal Beach with his wife Jennifer and son Nicholas.


Devendra_Amin

Devendra N. Amin, M.D., FCCP, FCCM

Dr. Amin received his medical degree from St. Thomas's Hospital Medical School at the University of London. He did a residency in medicine in England and at the State University of New York in Brooklyn. He underwent fellowship training in pulmonary and critical care medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City, after which eh became Director at the Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. Dr. Amin is director of Critical Care Services at Morton Plant Hospital. He now lives in Clearwater with his wife, Dr. Dipti Amin, and their two daughters, Adeeti and Adina.

Eli_Gavi

Eli Gavi, M.D., FCCP

Dr. Gavi joined Bay Area Chest Physicians in July 2008 after completing his Pulmonary and Critical Care training at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. He received his medical degree from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, N.Y. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine.


John_Masson

John A. Masson, M.D., FCCP

Dr. Masson moved to Clearwater from New Orleans to join Bay Area Chest Physicians in June of 2002. He trained in Pulmonary/Critical Care at Louisiana State University Health Science Center at New Orlanes. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine. He lives in Safety Harbor with his wife Jennifer and their sons Matthew and Dominic.

Shea M. Eckardt, MPT, M.D., FCCP

Dr. Eckardt completed his undergraduate and physical therapy training at the Universities of Maryland in 1997. After practicing for 3 years as a physical therapist, he returned to training and completed his medical degree at St. George’s University. Dr. Eckardt then completed his post-graduate residency / fellowship in internal medicine, pulmonary, and critical care at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. He joined Bay Area Chest Physicians in July 2010. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine. He lives in Belleair with his wife Jennifer and their three children Anna, Schafer, and Olivia.
